To help achieve these long term strategic objectives we are focused on three near-term strategic priorities:
Pursuing profitable organic growth
We intend to pursue sustainable profitable organic revenue growth in all markets in which we operate, but specifically those markets where we see the most viable opportunities. In the near-term we will maintain our regional focus on China and the UK, and on growing our annuity businesses such as Investment & Asset Management. Alongside these primary targets, we will continue to leverage opportunities from our transaction based businesses.
Improving revenue capture by delivering from a One Firmapproach
Through our One Firm approach our clients are increasingly served through one DTZ contact, irrespective of the global or local nature of the requirement – we see this approach, bringing the best of DTZ to each client engagement, as a real differentiator helping us to strengthen and build our client relationships.
Continuing to embed a cost and value culture
We want to ensure our cost containment initiatives continue, and that the cost conscious culture we have established endures into the future. At the same time, we are adopting a fit for purpose cost ethic that focuses investment to drive a positive impact on our revenue generating capabilities.
Overarching these near-term priorities is our long-term commitment to attract, retain and develop the best talent in the industry in order to drive the business forward.
